1) Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, organization name, and authentication data (passwords are stored as salted hashes).
  • Usage and security signals: IP address, request metadata, and rate-limit/captcha signals used to protect the Service.
  • Event data you send to Sigmoda: prompts, responses, token counts, durations, statuses, and metadata (for example route, environment, and identifiers you choose to include).
  • Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We may store Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and subscription status to provide entitlements and support.

2) How we use information

  • Provide and operate the Service (including logging, dashboards, and guardrails).
  • Secure the Service (fraud prevention, abuse detection, rate limiting, and captcha verification).
  • Support customers and respond to requests.
  • Process subscriptions and enforce plan limits/quotas.
  • Improve product quality and reliability.

3) How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run Sigmoda (for example: hosting, database, analytics, email delivery, payment processing). We may also share information if required to comply with law, to protect the security of the Service, or in connection with a business transfer.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You control the event data you send; if you include personal data, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to do so.
