Terms of Service
Last updated: December 13, 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sigmoda (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using Sigmoda on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" and "your" refer to that organization.
1) Accounts and access
- You’re responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You agree not to access the Service in a way intended to circumvent security controls, quotas, rate limits, or billing.
2) Your data and content
Sigmoda is an observability product. You may send event data to Sigmoda (for example: prompts, responses, token counts, timing, and metadata). You retain ownership of your content.
- You are responsible for the data you send and the permissions you have to send it.
- Don’t send secrets, credentials, payment card data, or other highly sensitive information unless you’ve intentionally designed for it and understand the risk.
- You control what metadata you attach (for example, route, env, user ID). If you include personal data, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, violate privacy rights, or infringe intellectual property rights;
- probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities outside of authorized security testing;
- send malicious code, interfere with normal operation, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
4) Plans, billing, and changes
Sigmoda may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions (including Pro) are processed via Stripe. Plan features, quotas, and pricing may change over time. We’ll aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes.
5) Availability and warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sigmoda disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigmoda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
7) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Sigmoda may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal requirements.
